Training under personal supervision is the hidden key to achieving your
fitness goals. The fitness industry is full of misguided, misinformed
trainees that never reach their full potential and are often injured
through cookie cutter workouts. People have bought endless books,
memberships and gadgets in hopes finding the magic solution.
The solution is to have workouts developed
specifically for your needs and current fitness level. I am now
offering my services for telephone, online and in person workout
supervision. Very few people are able to develop workouts for
themselves. The mass of information out there makes it almost impossible
to filter out what is valuable and what is a waste of precious time and
effort.
